Tucked away in the far corner of our centre, it’s no surprise that we have called this the Secret Garden.  The established planting and secluded seating areas offer a green oasis away from the bustle of daily life.

As soon as you approach the garden, your eye is drawn by our statement mirror ball water feature.  Far from being incongruous bling in such a green space, the mirror serves to reflect the foliage.  The gentle flow of water provides a mesmeric movement that we could sit and watch all day.  Made of polished stainless steel, these water features come in a range of sizes and will provide effortless style to any garden.

Many of our show gardens are based on linear designs but, here, we’ve used circles to create that sense of being surrounded in the garden.  The first patio area incorporates an airy pergola, great to provide height and a sense of shelter but it would also work well to grow climbers over for added shade.  We particularly like the twin wooden seat here with built in table space; a perfect spot for morning coffee! For additional seating in this garden, we have used two bench seats, one fixed and one swinging.  Both have canvas covers if you like to wrap up and enjoy your garden in all weathers! 

There isn’t too much hard landscaping in this garden, the focus is on the plants, but we have used a selection of contrasting cobbles here to good effect.  They give definition and contrast to the circles that make up this design.
