Hambrooks like to establish lasting relationships with our customers, that’s why we established our Privilege Card.  It’s an exclusive club!  For many years, we have given all Hambrooks Landscaping and Garden Maintenance customers a Privilege Card that entitles card holders to discounts at our Titchfield Garden Design Centre.  From time to time, we also email newsletters, bringing Privilege Card holders up-to-date with news, events and offers from the Hambrooks group of businesses. 

How do I get a Privilege Card?

Privilege Cards are exclusive to the ever-growing list of Hambrooks Landscaping or Maintenance customers.  If you’d like to join that list, please get in touch with our teams to discuss your needs.  We will always provide a free site visit and quotation for any work you are considering.  Find our contact details here.

What discounts am I entitled to with my Privilege Card?

As a valued Hambrooks customer, your Privilege card gets you 10% off retail prices of all plants at our Titchfield Garden centre. 
From time to time, we may also offer discounts on other products too.
Please note that discounts do not apply on items that are already on offer or discounted.  Just show your Privilege card at the till to claim.

What if I lose my Privilege Card?

You don’t need to present your card to get your discounts; just let our staff at the till know your name and address and they can look you up on our system to confirm you.  However, if you would like a replacement card, please email us with your details and we will happily issue a new one.

Please note, Privilege Cards are issued to Hambrooks Landscape and Maintenance customers for use at our Titchfield Garden Design Centre.  Cards are issued one per household.
Privilege Card e-newsletters are typically sent every two months but card holders have the right to opt out of mailings; just follow the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the newsletter.

Terms & Conditions
  1. You must present your Privilege Card (PC) at the time of purchase to qualify for discount. No discount can be applied without the card.
  2. The PC discount only applies to goods bought from our Titchfield Centre 135 Southampton Road PO14 4PR and not from any purchases made online.
  3. Certain purchases are excluded including any type of Gift Vouchers/ cards, sale items, any other special offers and delivery costs.
  4. Hambrooks reserves the right to refuse any PC application and is under no obligation to give reasons for the refusal.
  5. Hambrooks reserves the right to postpone or cancel a PC and is under no obligation to give reasons for doing so.
  6. You may cancel your PC at any time by returning your PC to Hambrooks in Titchfield.
  7. Hambrooks reserve the right to amend or terminate the PC scheme at their sole discretion.
  8. By accepting to become a PC holder you agree to Hambrooks sending you news of special events, offers, promotions and newsletters either by post, email, SMS or through any social network.
  9. Any changes to the PC scheme will be notified on our website www.hambrooks.co.uk
  10. If you lose or damage your PC card notify us on 01489 572285 and we will re-issue a new PC.
  11. Hambrooks reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
  12. All holders need to be over 18 years old.
  13. Applied discount excludes any design, build or maintenance work.
  14. The PC is not a credit card or cheque guarantee card and remains the property of Hambrooks.
  15. Only one PC per household will be issued.
