Job Title: Garden Maintenance Team Leader

Salary: £9.29 – £12.00 an hour / Overtime

Hours: Full time / 40 hours a week / Monday – Friday

Location: Curdridge, Southampton, SO32 2DA

As I’m sure you’ll agree any well landscaped garden needs to be maintained to keep it looking good. You will therefore be tasked with providing potential and existing clients with a range of professional aftercare services for their gardens.

We need experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leaders to run teams of 2 maintaining gardens of all shapes and sizes across Southern Hampshire. This is with the aim of providing our clients with a high level of satisfaction.

With nearly 50 years of experience and thousands of delighted customers, the company is highly regarded for its professional garden design, construction and maintenance. We want to remain as the Southern Hampshire premier Garden Landscaping Company.

Required Skills

Some experience or exposure to the following is essential

Plant knowledge & identification
Soft Landscape experience
Plant care, pruning & shaping experience
Garden Machinery knowledge
Risk assessments and onsite health and safety
A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
Driving licence

Desirable skills but not essential

PA1/PA6 Spraying Certificates
NPTC Chainsaw Certificate of equivalent
Experience working with domestic/commercial clients
Pest and disease knowledge
